Guided by Maji\, a gifted Mongolian shaman experienced in transformational practices\, participants are invited into a shared field of drumming\, sacred sound\, and intuitive energy practices that open the heart\, ground the body\, and awaken a profound sense of connection. \nThrough these practices\, participants are supported in moving beyond the busy mind and accessing the wisdom of their inner being. The steady beat of the drum naturally shifts brainwave states\, creating a meditative rhythm that supports relaxation\, emotional release\, and expanded states of awareness.
