Karma Yoga Day

Your beautiful presence is requested! Come meet like-minded yogis and learn about our Karma Yoga program. Weโ€™ll serve together to beautify the Temples and give the Integral Yoga Shop a deep cleaning.
Tasks weโ€™ll be doing include:

  • Window cleaning
  • Dusting
  • Sweeping
  • Alphabetizing books
  • Rearranging
  • Cleaning props & folding blankets
  • Photography & social media

Please arrive right on time as we will gather together for a short introduction and get our assigned tasks. Weโ€™ll wrap up with a brief reflection, and all who come and serve will receive one free class credit.

Swami Asokananda, a monk since 1973, is one of Integral Yoga’s foremost teachers, known for his warmth, intelligence, and good humor. His teaching comes out of his own practice and experience, since he has absorbed the wisdom of his guru, Sri Swami Satchidananda, since the age of 19.
