Designed for both curious newcomers and those looking to deepen their experience\, the session will explore what sound healing is\, why it works\, and how vibration influences consciousness. Participants will learn from members of Dream Seed\, a sound healing collective rooted in both ancient wisdom and contemporary practice. \n \nWhat You’ll Learn and Experience:\n\nThe science and energetics of sound: how and why sound affects the mind-body system\nA historical overview of sound as medicine—from ancient traditions to modern applications\nDream Seed’s unique approach to using sound in healing contexts\nExperiential practices including giving and receiving sound healing\nInstrument exploration and hands-on facilitation techniques\n\nProgram Benefits:\n\nGain confidence in offering sound-based practices in private or group settings\nDeepen your understanding of sound as a spiritual and therapeutic tool\nConnect with community while cultivating intuitive listening and presence\n\nProgram Goals:\nThis workshop is designed to empower participants with practical tools and direct experience in sound healing facilitation.
