Program Description
Breath & Body Intelligence: Mapping the Joints for Vitality
Your joints are the gateways of movement, energy, and aging. In this session, you’ll explore how breath and gentle, mindful movement can restore mobility, reduce stiffness, and unlock your body’s innate intelligence.
Drawing on traditional yoga and somatic awareness, this workshop offers tools to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and spine—restoring fluidity and flow throughout the body.
