SUMMARY:Anxiety: From Enemy to Ally
DESCRIPTION:At its best\, anxiety is a natural and protective response—an inner signal that heightens awareness\, supports preparedness\, and helps us respond to potential challenges. But when anxiety begins to lead rather than inform\, it can keep us caught in patterns of worry and reactivity. \nIn this experiential workshop\, somatic psychologist and yoga therapist Antonio Sausys will introduce an approach that combines Yoga-based regulation with psychological tools for working directly with anxious thoughts. Participants will explore practices to cultivate physiological steadiness and clarity\, while learning to recognize and respond to the projections and assumptions that can keep anxiety in control. \nThe workshop offers practical tools participants can begin using in daily life. \n“You are not the mind. The mind is your instrument. Learn to be its master\, not its slave.”\n— Swami Satchidananda \nThis is an in-person workshop. \nFor those wishing to continue and deepen the work\, Antonio will offer a four-week virtual Anxiety: From Enemy to Ally series on Mondays\, November 9\, 16\, 23\, and 30\, from 6:00–8:30 PM ET. antoniosausys.com

SUMMARY:The Bhagavad Gita in Daily Life
DESCRIPTION:The Bhagavad Gita\, a foundational scripture of Yoga\, provides guidance for facing the everyday challenges of modern life. Its message is that Self-realization is achieved through skillful living in the world\, not by retreating from it. We will draw from the Gita practical lessons of how our current challenges can be leveraged to unleash our inner strength and cultivate clarity and peace. \nWhether you’re new to the Gita or returning with fresh eyes\, this group offers a welcoming space to deepen your relationship with yogic wisdom and discover how its timeless guidance can help you live with more purpose\, peace\, and strength. \nSwami Asokananda draws from years of dedicated practice and personal experience to make this ancient scripture accessible\, relevant\, and transformational. \nMahatma Gandhi: “When doubts haunt me\, when disappointments stare me in the face\, and I see not one ray of hope on the horizon\, I turn to the Bhagavad Gita and find a verse to comfort me; and I immediately begin to smile in the midst of overwhelming sorrow. Those who meditate on the Gita will derive fresh joy and new meaning from it every day. \n**This is an online series. Join one session or join all! Each week requires separate registration.**

SUMMARY:The Psychology of Inner Relationship through Integral Yoga
DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, we will explore how Integral Yoga Hatha becomes a living practice of inner relationship — a way of meeting oneself with honesty\, compassion\, and grounded presence. Meaningful transformation unfolds most naturally when we inhabit an inner environment that is supportive rather than judgmental. The Integral Yoga class offers a direct\, embodied pathway into this kind of self-nurturance. Through emphasis on attuned awareness\, relaxed effort\, and sensing from within\, we learn to listen to ourselves from the perspective of the Higher Self. Qualities such as presence\, kind curiosity\, and unconditional acceptance allow parts that need healing to transform. \nThe workshop will begin with a 20-minute presentation on the psychology of inner relationship followed by a one-hour guided Hatha class. The class is designed to help you experience the power of a nurturing inner relationship for yourself. Following the class\, there will be a 30-minute Q&A. \n“I’ve been fortunate to take this workshop in Yogaville and in Italy with Mahadev. It is life-changing and I’ll be taking it again.”\n–Chandra \nThis is a hybrid program. In-person location: Rose Room. Virtual attendance is also available.

SUMMARY:Ayurveda\, Integral Yoga\, and the Art of Daily Life
DESCRIPTION:For many practitioners\, yoga provides a sanctuary of peace\, clarity\, and balance. But what happens during the other twenty-three hours of the day? Ayurveda teaches that your daily choices—from how you begin your morning to how you eat\, work\, rest\, and sleep—profoundly influence the effectiveness of your yoga practice and your capacity for health\, longevity\, and spiritual growth. \nIn this workshop\, we’ll explore the Ayurvedic principles of dinacharya\, or daily rhythm\, and discover how simple\, intentional practices create the foundation for resilience\, vitality\, and inner steadiness. Rather than adding more to your to-do list\, Ayurveda invites you to live with greater awareness and alignment\, allowing your entire day to become an extension of your yoga practice. \nTogether we’ll explore:\n\nWhy daily rhythm is considered one of Ayurveda’s greatest medicines\nHow simple lifestyle practices strengthen digestion (agni)\, energy\, and resilience\nThe relationship between routine\, nervous system regulation\, and longevity\nPractical ways to carry the benefits of your yoga practice into everyday life\n\nThis workshop is part of Yoga Beyond the Mat: Living the Wisdom of Ayurveda\, a three-part workshop series in October\, November\, and December\, with Cory Tixier\, AD\, AYT\, LMT. Each workshop is designed to stand on its own—join us for one\, two\, or all three. Separate registration is required for each workshop. \nRegistered participants will receive a curated selection of optional resources to explore before the workshop\, offering an opportunity to deepen their familiarity with the themes we’ll be discussing. \nContinuing Education: Participants can apply 2.5 hours toward Yoga Alliance teacher credits. \nThis is an online program.

SUMMARY:200-Hour Teacher Training\, Module 1: Yoga Immersion Program
DESCRIPTION:“Yoga” means “union” in the ancient Sanskrit language. It is a perfect description of the Integral Yoga method which synthesizes the various branches of Yoga into a comprehensive lifestyle system. The six branches of Integral Yoga (Hatha\, Raja\, Karma\, Bhakti\, Jnana\, and Japa) are powerful tools to encourage wellness and self-mastery. The aim is to promote the harmonious development of every aspect of the individual – the results are subtle\, profound\, and measurable. \nFor over 40 years\, Integral Yoga’s internationally respected training program has been continually developed and refined to meet the personal and professional Yogic needs of our participants. Rooted in ancient wisdom with a contemporary approach for modern times\, we provide a wide reaching foundation for trainees to develop their knowledge and personal practice of Yoga\, along with the essential skills for teaching. Graduates of our training program receive both a practical and a philosophical understanding of the full scope of Yoga teachings and practices\, and are well prepared to serve in guiding others along the Yogic path. \nModule 1: Yoga Immersion Program\nModule 1 covers the first 50 hours of credit for 200-Hour Teacher Training.

SUMMARY:Understanding Yoga Through the Lens of Ayurveda
DESCRIPTION:Ayurveda provides a remarkable framework for understanding the deeper effects of Hatha Yoga\, allowing you to practice with greater intention rather than simply moving through a sequence. Different postures\, breathing techniques\, meditation practices\, and relaxation methods each influence the body and mind in unique ways\, with distinct effects on the doshas\, digestion\, vitality\, and nervous system. \nThis workshop is designed to help experienced yoga practitioners deepen your understanding of the practices you already know and love. Together we’ll explore how to recognize the qualities of different yogic techniques and thoughtfully adapt them according to your constitution\, season\, stage of life\, and ever-changing state of balance. \nRather than asking\, “What should I practice?” we’ll begin asking\, “What does my body and mind need today?” \nTogether we’ll explore: \n\nHow asana\, pranayama\, meditation\, and relaxation influence the doshas\nThe Ayurvedic effects of yoga on agni\, ojas\, vitality\, and the nervous system\nAdapting practice for constitution\, imbalance\, and the changing seasons\nDeveloping a more therapeutic\, responsive\, and individualized yoga practice\n\nThis workshop is part of Yoga Beyond the Mat: Living the Wisdom of Ayurveda\, a three-part workshop series with Cory Tixier\, AD\, AYT\, LMT. \nThis is an online program

DESCRIPTION:The Bhagavad Gita\, a foundational scripture of Yoga\, provides guidance for facing the everyday challenges of modern life. Its message is that Self-realization is achieved through skillful living in the world\, not by retreating from it. Those who meditate on the Gita will derive fresh joy and new meaning from it every day. \n**This is an online series. Join one session or join all! Each week requires separate registration.**

SUMMARY:Satsang: Inspiration for the Spiritual Journey
DESCRIPTION:Join us for this heartfelt and inspiring session\, where two senior and widely respected Integral Yoga swamis\, Swamis Ramananda and Asokananda\, will reflect on the teachings and practices that have sustained them over the years. They will also share what continues to inspire and renew their dedication to the path today. \nThe spiritual journey is filled with challenges\, and progress can often feel slow or uncertain. Along the way\, we benefit deeply from the support of fellow travelers\, those who have walked this path before us\, who generously share their experience\, and who care enough to walk beside us. \nPlease bring your heartfelt questions. At least half of the session will be dedicated to Q&A. All are welcome. \nSatsang is a special time for us to come together as a community. In Sanskrit\, Sat means truth and Sangha means community. Satsang offers an opportunity to come together to share spiritual teachings. The philosophy of Integral Yoga is explored often through an informal discussion. Although our spiritual paths may diverge\, the act of sharing spiritual teachings with others is inspiring and creates a solid foundation for continued practice. \nEnroll for free\, use promo code: FREE \n**This is an in-person and online program.**
