The mind cannot be fully quiet if the body is in turmoil. How better to encourage the body to be healthful and balanced than with good nutrition? A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and vegetable proteins has health benefits no one can deny. If you're curious about how to make the transition to a new approach to eating or you're shopping for ideas to expand your vegetarian diet, IYI's Cooking & Nutrition Workshops offer the recipes you may be looking for.

Online Registration

Register for workshops and events online! It's simple:

  • Go to the page of the workshop or event you wish to attend
  • Click on the green "Register Now" button (in the upper left-hand corner)
  • Follow the prompts. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) or Paypal.

Please note: online registration closes three days before the date of the class. So register early!
